While speaking in Seattle yesterday, Pinocchio Joe Biden made perhaps his biggest blunder yet on the campaign trail. And that’s saying something. According to abcnews.com, Biden said:
“Mark my words, it will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking. We’re about to elect a brilliant 47-year-old senator president of the United States of America. Remember I said it standing here if you don’t remember anything else I said. Watch, we’re gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy.”
Great, testing the mettle of a guy who has no mettle. Joe Biden, providing reason no. 99,375,938,239 why you should not vote for Barack Obama.
[MM agrees. Gird your loins, indeed.]

Does it get any better than this? He’s like the friend in school thinking he’s doing his nerd friend a favor by telling the Captain of the football team how tough nerd boy is so he won’t pick on him. “Me thinks he doth protest too much” would be an understatement. Obama doesn’t have the courage to stand up to his own party, defend his friends, mentors, supporters, and even his own family members. He’s voted “present” 130 times for God’s sake. But maybe you’re right Joe, we’ll just ignore that man behind the curtain.

Maybe Joe is not Pinnocchioon this one and knows of real threats out there. Regardless, he seems to already think Obama will respond badly! Maybe we should stop worrying about the economy. Who cares if we are dead!
